Easter Half Term Activity Fund

Our HAF programmes are here to support those families the most at risk. Whether that is low income and struggling to feed their children in the holidays or with children who just need to get a bit more active. We provide spaces at our clubs, alongside all regular attenting children and we provide lunch for them as well, all completely funded.

CAMP EPIC IS BACK FOR OUR Easter CAMP THIS April. OUR CAMP WILL RUN FOR 2 weeks WITH A RANGE OF DIFFEREN ACTIVITIES ACROSS ALL 5 CAMPS. THE SPACES FOR EACH DAY WILL BE LIMITED SO MAKE SURE TO BOOK TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT. CAMP IS FOR CHILDREN YEAR 1- YEAR 6.

Dates - The camp is running from 03rd-14th april. closed bank holidays

WHAT BUBBLE WILL I BE IN?

If you are in year 1 or 2 at school, then you will be in the YELLOW BUBBLE.

If you are in year 3 or 4 at school, then you will be in the BLUE BUBBLE.

If you are in year 5 or 6 at school, then you will be in the GREEN BUBBLE.

WHAT ACTIVITES WILL I BE DOING?

Our camps are a sports based camp. We will have a variety of activities dedicated to this Easter for all different skill sets so every child can get involved. Alone side our sport activities, we will have a arts and craft corner and a Lego corner.

Drop Off Time - 08:45 am - 09:00 am

Pick Up Time - 3:45 pm - 4:00 pm

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

When attending Camp Epic, you will need to bring the following:

  1. A water bottle

  2. Any medications that you will need to take whilst at Camp Epic

  3. A coat or jacket as we will aim to be outside as much as possible

  4. Clothes suitable for physical activity

  5. Suncream for your child

All children on benefit based free school meals will be issued a Wonde e-Voucher. These are released by the school directly to parents and carers email addresses, and will contain a booking link to book your child/ren onto an ActivAte club.

Bookings must be made via the Link Provided. Please see below for a step by step guide.

Please note- we are unable to accept reception children at camp.
